Mr. Kwabena Adu Boahene
Mr. Kwabena Adu-Boahene is currently the Director General of the National Signals Bureau (NSB), an agency of the National Security Council of Ghana. Prior to becoming Director General, Mr. Adu-Boahene served as Deputy Director of the NSB, as well as worked in various capacities including Head of Core Network, Planning and IT, and Head of Network Operations. He was previously Head of Information Systems Support Services with Atkins Global PLC, and a Lead Support Engineer with Assured Systems Limited, both in the UK.
As a National Lead in the provision of timely signals intelligence to counter threats to security and national well-being, Mr. Adu-Boahene has also managed the deployment of integrated secure communications networks throughout the country for national security, emergency preparedness and emergency response, including the key communications infrastructure that has underpinned Ghana’s General Elections since 2008.
He holds a Master of Science Degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Liverpool, UK, where he studied Security Engineering, Digital Communications and Networks, Computer Forensics, Information Systems Project Management, Systems Analysis and Design using an Object-Oriented Approach and Managing Organisational Resources. He also holds a second Masters in Peace, Security and Intelligence Management from the University of Professional Studies and Administration, Ghana, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana.

Her Ladyship Justice Priscilla Dapaah Mireku
Justice Priscilla Dapaah Mireku is a highly esteemed High Court Judge of the Republic of Ghana, known for her unwavering commitment to upholding justice and making a positive impact on the lives of those she serves. With a strong educational background, including a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Master's degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Ghana, she has demonstrated a deep understanding of the law and its application.
Justice Dapaah Mireku's journey to the bench has been marked by a steadfast dedication to her profession when she was called to the bar in 2010. Starting as an associate lawyer at reputable firms, she has since risen through the ranks, serving as a Magistrate of the District Court, a Circuit Court Judge, and now a esteemed High Court Judge, sworn in on February 7th, 2023. Throughout her illustrious career, she has consistently exhibited a commitment to fairness, integrity, and ethical decision-making, making her a respected figure in the legal community.
Beyond her professional achievements, Justice Dapaah Mireku is also actively involved in her community, serving on various church committees such as the Greater Accra West Region of Assemblies of God electoral committee, Faith Assemblies of God Beautification Committee, inter alia. Her passion for working with children is evident in her role as a children's teacher at Faith Assembly, Evangel Assembly, Exhibition Assembly and now the Word Temple Assembly of Assemblies of God Ghana, where she shares her knowledge and wisdom with the next generation.
Driven by a strong desire to make a positive difference and impact lives, Justice Dapaah Mireku's personal mission is to be a problem-solver, not a problem, and to serve as an ambassador for Christ. Her unwavering commitment to these principles, coupled with her extensive legal expertise and compassionate nature, make her an exceptional leader in the Ghanaian judiciary.

Mr. Isaac Abanga
Isaac is a highly qualified professional with an impressive academic background and over nineteen (19) years of hands-on experience in the petroleum downstream sector of the Oil and Gas industry in Ghana and the West Africa sub-region. He holds the titles of Fellow Chartered Economist, Chartered Petroleum Economist, and is a member of the Global Academy of Finance and Management USA. Additionally, Isaac is a Chartered Corporate Governance and Leadership professional and a Member of the Boardroom Institute (MBI). He holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Isaac is confident in his abilities and excels at prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines. He possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and customers. Result-oriented, he has a strong understanding of various administrative and managerial tasks, making him a valuable asset to any organization.
As a fast learner, Isaac quickly adapts to new changes, making him invaluable in any role. He actively seeks opportunities to broaden his knowledge and skills, aiming to contribute to an organization's vision and mission.
Currently, Isaac serves as a Board member of the Assemblies of God Literature Centre (AGLC), responsible for Finance and Administration. He has also served in various voluntary committees within the Assemblies of God Church, from the local to the national level. Notable among these committees are the Induction Service Committee of the General Superintendent and his National Executives, the Induction Service of the Greater Accra East Regional Superintendent and his Executives, and the committee responsible for planning the yearly regional council meeting of the Greater Accra East Region of the Assemblies of God, Ghana since 2022.
Isaac is married and blessed with four (4) lovely children, three (3) boys, and one (1) girl. He is deeply devoted and committed to his assigned tasks, making him an excellent choice for any organization seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional.

Mr. George Smith Graham
George Smith-Graham is an experienced International Human Capital Management Consultant with over 30 years of working experience. He currently works as an International Consultant to the Government of Sierra Leone on the Establishment of the Wages and Compensation Commission of Sierra Leone. He is the Board Chairman of the Universal Merchant Bank, Ghana and the Council Chairman of the Assemblies of God Institute of Higher Learning, Kumasi – Ghana. Me. Smith-Graham is also a member of the Board of Directors of Prime Insurance, Ghana.
George Smith-Graham has undertaken several international assignments including Quality Assurance Support Services for the Government of Sierra Leone on the Job Evaluation and Labour Market Survey funded by the World Bank and executed by KPMG from 2014 to 2017.
He was the first CEO of the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission (FWSC) of Ghana and led the full implementation of Ghana's first major pay policy, the Single Spine Pay Policy.
He worked as the Senior Vice President, and Head of Human Capital Management and Administration of Databank Group.
He also worked as the Human Resources Manager of the Forestry Commission of Ghana (FC), a multi-divisional organization where he was instrumental in the transformation of the Forestry Commission from a predominantly civil service organization into a corporate organization.
His professional expertise is in the areas of organizational change and transformation, performance management, salary negotiations, job evaluation, and compensation management, among others.
George Smith-Graham is the Founding President/CEO of the International Institute for Productivity and Public Management (IPPUM), Ghana and Sierra Leone.
Between 2013 and 2017, He served on the Government of Ghana team to the International Monitoring Fund (IMF) / World Bank Spring and Annual meetings in Washington and Tokyo. He also served on the Government of Ghana team to the Governing Board and International Labour Conference of the International Labour Organization (ILO) in Geneva Switzerland.
He is currently a research student at the University of South Africa School of Business Leadership pursuing a Doctor of Business Leadership and PPA Business School, Paris – France studying Doctor of Business Administration (DBA). He holds an International Executive Master of Business Administration (Human Resource Management) from the Paris Graduate School of Management - Paris, France, a Graduate Diploma in Management from the International Professional Managers Association, UK and a degree in Economic Planning from the Republic of Cuba.
Professionally, He is a Certified Fellow (FCIPM, FPMA) and a Certified International Professional Manager of the International Professional Managers Association, UK. He is also a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with the West African Federation of Institutions of Administration and Management Consultants (WAFIAMC), a Chartered Management Consultant (cmc), and a Chartered Administrator from the Chartered Institute of Administration and Management Consultants – Ghana, and a professional member of the Institute of Business Consulting, UK, and the Human Capital Institute (HCI), USA.
